3.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

3.3 Currency & Conversion
All transactions on dcb88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not currently supported.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
Members making their first deposit on dcb88 will receive a 120% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳14,000 → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000
This bonus applies only once per account. The bonus amount will not exceed ৳8,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing winnings from a welcome bonus, a 25x wager must be placed. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 worth of bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
Which games contribute toward meeting the wagering requirement can be seen on the promotion details page. Bets placed on certain games may not count toward wagering.
4.3 Promotion Abuse
Dishonestly claiming bonus or promotion benefits — such as creating multiple accounts, exploiting the system, or using any other fraudulent method — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
dcb88 reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any promotion at any time.
Fair Play Rules
5.1 Permitted Activities

5.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Colluding or coordinating with other players.
- Using threatening, abusive, or aggressive language.

Any of the above violations may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances.
5.3 Technical Errors
Any winnings displayed as a result of a technical error or malfunction are not valid. dcb88 reserves the right to cancel such incorrectly displayed winnings.

dcb88 has a four-tier VIP program for regular players. The more you play, the greater your opportunity to advance to a higher tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
6.2 VIP Benefit Terms
VIP tiers and cashback benefits are awarded at dcb88's discretion. dcb88 reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time. The cashback amount will depend on activity during the relevant week.
